Our Studio
Heidi Knight School of Dance opened in 2003. Since then HKSD has
become one of the fastest growing and most progressive dance schools in
North Alabama. The School is recognized for providing quality dance
training as well as creating a positive learning experience for students of all
ages and abilities.
Heidi Knight School of Dance provides a complete dance curriculum,
offering courses in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, acrobatics and hip hop. We also
offer specialized preschool programs for the younger dancer. Through our
progressive programs and professional faculty, students of all ages have the
opportunity to strengthen their bodies and minds as they grow to love the
art of dance. From creative movement to the most advanced dance classes,
students gain a solid understanding of proper technique and terminology
while also developing self-discipline, physical fitness, poise, and a greater
appreciation of movement and music.
The experienced HKSD staff provides superior training in a friendly,
stimulating, and artistically creative learning environment. We hope to
inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential in a fun, yet
professional atmosphere. We consider each of our students a blessing and
